Returns & Refunds

  • How long do I have to return unwanted item/s from my order? You have 14 days to return unwanted items from receipt of your order.
  • Do I pay for returns postage? No, Shop Global Express takes care of that for you and will provide you with a returns postage label.
  • How long does it take to process a return? Once we've received your return this can take us up to 5 working days to process.
  • How soon will I get my refund? Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process depending on your original payment method.

Orders & Delivery

  • How do I know what my order status is? You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then another notifying you of dispatch including your tracking information. If you have not received this, please fill out the form below.
  • How quickly will I receive my order? We have multiple shipping options available on our website and you should expect your delivery in 3-5 working days, unless you selected Express Shipping at checkout, in which case it will be 1-2 working days.
  • Something is missing from my order? Sorry if we didn't get this one quite right... you can notify us of missing or damaged items by using the form below.
  • Can I change my order? Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to orders once payment has been made. You will need to cancel this and reraise the order.
